Instagram Line Breaker
Instagram strips empty lines from captions, bios, and comments. This tool inserts an invisible Braille-blank character on each blank line so your formatting survives the paste. Type below, copy the formatted output, and paste directly into Instagram.
How the Instagram Line Breaker Works
Instagram's caption parser silently removes any line that contains only whitespace. Type a caption with empty lines between paragraphs and Instagram will collapse them into a single wall of text. This is intentional — the platform was designed to keep feeds dense and discourage filler.
The fix is to insert a single invisible character on each line you want preserved as a "blank." Once a line contains any character — even an invisible one — Instagram treats it as content and keeps it. We use Unicode Braille Blank Pattern (U+2800), which Instagram has consistently preserved since 2014. Zero-width spaces work too, but Instagram occasionally strips them out during caption normalization.
How to use it

Caption Formatting Tips
1First 125 characters are the hook
Only the first 125 characters of your caption appear in the feed before the "more" truncation. Make those count — they're the headline.
2Short paragraphs outperform long ones
Two-to-three sentence paragraphs beat dense walls. With line breaks preserved, your caption becomes scannable — which improves the "saved" rate Instagram uses to amplify reach.
3Drop hashtags into the first comment
Hashtags in the caption clutter your visible text. Drop them into the first comment right after posting — same SEO effect, cleaner caption.
4Don't overdo invisible characters
One invisible character per blank line is enough. Stacking five in a row can trigger Instagram's spam filters on edge cases. Trust the gap; don't pad it.
